BUFFALO, NY - Howard Zemsky wears many hats. He is a local developer... who also serves as co-chair of the group steering the "Billion-2-Buffalo"... while also serving as chairman of the NFTA.
As such, he has his hands on the pulse of a many economic development efforts locally.
Zemsky spoke with Two On Your Side regarding some of the biggest potential developments in the near future, and which also pose some of the biggest challenges.
He also spoke about his report to Wednesday Governor Cuomo, who appointed Zemsky the co-chair of the Western New York Economic Development Council, at which time he told the governor that tax incentives have helped local firms create 2,000 jobs in the past year while retaining 3,000 more.
