AMHERST, NY - For the past 28 years, the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life has helped raise more than 4 billion dollars in their fight against cancer.
On May 18, one of those relays will be held in Niagara Falls, New York.
Patrick Little, who's family is no stranger to cancer, wanted to take part. Patrick however is currently deployed in Afghanistan as a member of the 107th Airlift Wing from the Niagara Falls Air Base.
It turns out that's not a problem for Patrick, or team Bastion/Leatherneck. They're raising funds from half a world away.
Patrick little's sister Kristina tells Channel Two Photojournalist Dooley O'Rourke just how her brother and his team plan on taking part.
