WEST SENECA, NY - For the second straight year students at West Elementary school have helped raise money for Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Going Bald For Bucks was started by a Lake Shore school teacher more than ten years ago.

Today, the Bald For Bucks program has raised $1.6 million, and serves as a visual reminder of the critical research going on at Roswell Park.

West Seneca Schools have raised more than $93,000 so far this year.

Photojournalist Dooley O'Rourke was there as close to 60 students went Bald For Bucks.
