BUFFALO, NY-- There has been an arrest in the shooting at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park last May that killed one and injured four others.

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. said a federal grand jury has charged Tariq Brown, 20. Two of the four injured suffered permanent injuries; one is now a parapalegic, another is blinded on one eye.
If convicted of the charges, Brown faces a maximum of life in prison with the possibility of the death penalty.
