JAMESTOWN, NY - A street fight broke out at 429 Lincoln Street early Saturday morning when a group of three men and a woman arrived to collect a debt they believed they were owed. They entered the home, starting a fight with the occupant, which spilled out into the street, police said.
One person was struck with a baseball and another had armed himself with a shotgun by the time police officers arrived to break up the fight.
Charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree conspiracy are: Jonathon R. Ray, 21, of Falconer; Casey R. Billyard, 20, of Jamestown; Chad T. Robbins, 21, of Falconer; and Kaitlyn N. Billyard, 18, of Jamestown.
Ray was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon, third degree, and Casey and Kaitlyn Billyard were charged with third-degree assault.
Another suspect escaped from the scene and police say their investigation is continuing.
