new research reveals more is better when it comes to exercise for children.

kids who participated in the study improved their aerobic fitness and insulin resistance by doing just 20 minutes of vigorous exercise each day.

but 40 minutes of exercise helped the children lose even more body fat ... without any kind of diet restrictions.
