BUFFALO, NY - Three people were shot Thursday morning while inside The New Humboldt Inn located at 347 East Delavan Avenue.
Buffalo Police officials say the shooter or shooters walked into the bar and opened fire around 2:30 a.m.
Two of the victims were driven to Erie County Medical Center by a private vehicle and were treated and released. Another victim, a 37-year-old man, was taken to E.C.M.C. by Rural Metro Medical Services. His injuries are said to be serious. He underwent surgery Thursday afternoon.
Buffalo Police were seen interviewing the bar's patrons.

Masten District Councilman Demone Smith told 2 On Your Side, neighbors want the establishment to "pause for the cause," and close temporarily until the perpetrators are caught.
