UB Police Investigating Report of Gun Pulled on South Campus

BUFFALO, N.Y. - University at Buffalo Police are interviewing witnesses after a report that a man pulled out what appeared to be a hand gun in the Clark Hall gym following a dispute over a basketball game.

The University sent out an email alert to students Monday afternoon.

Police tell 2 On Your Side the incident started as a fight during a pickup game and did not involve any students from the college.

The suspect was last seen exiting the east side of Clark Hall and is believed to have left the campus. No one was hurt and Clark Hall was not evacuated.

The suspect was described as a black male wearing a green-and-black hooded sweatshirt, gray shorts and black-and-white sneakers.
