BUFFALO, NY - A man accused of strangling his pregnant girlfriend has been found guilty by a jury.
Eli Casillas, 29, was found guilty of strangulation for attacking his girlfriend, who was 39 weeks pregnant at the time.
Investigators say Casillas also beat his girlfriend with a metal broom causing multiple bruises on her body.
Casillas faces up to 14 years in prison when he is sentenced in March.
