CATTARAUGUS INDIAN RESERVATION, NY-- The Erie County Sheriff's Department say the morning rush-hour weather played a role in a fatal crash that happened on Erie Road on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation Monday morning.

Deputies say Donald Murray, 76, of Angola, died after his car crossed the center lane and was hit by another vehicle.

Murray was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other driver was hurt, but his injuries were not life threatening.
