ALBANY, N.Y. - One of the lighter moments of Governor Andrew Cuomo's budget address in Albany on Tuesday came when he mentioned the state money going toward the Buffalo Bills and Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park.
"An annual support for the operation, that's about $60 million," said Cuomo. "All I can tell you is for $60 million dollars, the Bills better win this year."
The crowd in Albany laughed at the joke. After that, the governor added more comments.
"Talk about performance funding."
