Buffalo, NY - State Police say weather is likely to blame for a deadly accident in Chautauqua County.
It happened earlier this evening on State route 394 in Westfield.
State Police say a driver lost control and hit two utility workers standing outside their bucket truck.
49-year-old Billy Johnson the second of Crown City, Ohio died from his injuries.
26-year-old Nathaniel Bailey of Glenwood, Virginia suffered serious injuries. He is expected to survive.
The driver was not injured, and is not facing charges as the investigation continues.
