WESTFIELD, N.Y. - Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they arrested 33-year-old Jeremy Green, of Falconer, for Felony DWI after a traffic stop.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says Green was driving his pickup truck west on Rt. 20 shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday when he was pulled over for insufficient tail lamps.

Police say that when they stopped Green, they found him intoxicated.

Police say that Green has two previous DWI convictions within the last 10 years, making this DWI arrest a felony charge.

As a result of a chemical breath test, investigators say Green was additionally charged with Aggravated DWI Per Se for allegedly having a B.A.C. of .18% or greater.

Deputies say Green is charged with Felony DWI, Aggravated DWI Per Se, and insufficient tail lamps.
