NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. -- One of the teens charged with killing 5-year old Isabella Sarah Tennant will undergo more psychiatric testing.
John Freeman Jr. was in court Thursday.
His attorney suggested it would take several months to get a neuro-psychologist to conduct tests on the accused murderer.
Judge Matt Murphy said he would try to speed up the process.
Freeman's trial is scheduled for February.
Little Isabella's body was found in a garbage can in August near her great-grandmother's home.
