Chicken Chili Recipe

Preparation Time: 20 minutes prep, 3 hours simmer


1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped tomatoes

Chopped chicken breast

2 cups white beans

Red pepper seasoning to taste

Black pepper to taste


1. Heat pot with macadamia nut oil and cook celery and onion for a few minutes.

2.  Add remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for about an hour, checking regularly.

3.  Serve.
