BUFFALO, NY-- A teen accused of setting a puppy on fire was back in court Tuesday morning.
Adell Ziegler was arraigned on his grand jury indictment in Erie County Court.
The 19 year plead not guilty to aggravated cruelty to animals.
He's accused of setting a Jack Russell Terrier puppy on fire back in October.
He faces up to two years, if convicted.
The other teen involved, Diondre Brown, 17, recently pleaded guilty to aggravated animal cruelty.
Brown admitted he acted as a lookout for Ziegler.
Meantime, Phoenix the puppy is recovering at the Buffalo Animal Shelter.
