BUFFALO, NY-- The man accused of killing a southern tier superintendent will be sent back to New York State by the end of the year.

Anthony Robert Taglianetti did not file paperwork Monday objecting his extradition from Virginia to New York.

That means he can be returned to New York immediately.

Police believe Taglianetti fatally shot Clymer Central Schools Superintendent Keith Reed, Jr. outside Reed's home back in September.

District Attorney David Foley says he anticipates authorities will be travelling to Virginia sometime this week.
