BUFFALO, N.Y. - The FWS Furniture store chain went out of business last month, but Friday the store re-opened for a discount sale.
It was set up by creditors and an auction firm.
The sale drew long lines but not everyone was impressed with what they saw.
"Really none of the prices changed," said FWS customer Ron Crosby of Buffalo. "It looks like it's the same prices and everything. I was very disappointed."
New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman told us Thursday that his office is looking into claims from FWS customers who say their prepaid orders for furniture were never filled and that there were no refunds for cancelled orders.
