Dutch-boy Windmill Exercise

1. Press a dumbbell overhead with one arm.

2. Keeping the dumbbell that arm locked out, push your butt in the direction of the dumbbell.

3. Bending at the torso, lower yourself until your other hand touches the floor or front more foot.

4. Pause for a second and reverse the motion back to the starting position.
