The U.S. Public Interest Research Group has put out its annual review of toys still on store shelves that it considers dangerous for children.

It tests the toys for dangerous substances as well as choking hazards with more stringent standards than consumer safety advocates.

An association representing toy-makers says it's "concerned that PIRG and other groups that needlessly frighten families at a time of the year when they should be happy.
