BUFFALO, NY - She can limbo forward, under a bar that is just 8.5 inches off the ground. Now Shemika Charles wants to limbo backwards to add her name twice in the Guinness World Records.

Charles, 20, is practicing for her next chance to set a world record. It is a difficult task. She has discovered that to limbo in reverse can not be done on any surface because it's all about the grip.

"It's such a big accomplishment to me because I'll be the first female to do it. I know its rare, unique and with me having the ability to do it, why not," she told 2 On Your Side's Claudine Ewing.

In September 2010, she became the first female to set the record for lowest limbo by a female. As the limbo queen, Charles says she has to do a lot to maintain the crown. When it comes to her diet, "I try not to eat fast food period," it's more about salads.
