Vigorous exercise may increase the risk of bleeding among children with hemophilia.

Hemophilia is a rare disorder that prevents blood from clotting properly ... and can cause bleeding into the joints.

Researchers found that risk of bleeds was higher when children did vigorous activities ... compared to those who did low impact or no exercise at all.

However, they say the overall risk of exercise related bleeding is low.
