PEMBROKE, N.Y. -- Alicia Guastaferro, the 20-year-old teen who starred on ABC's "Wife Swap," has pleaded not guilty in Pembroke Town Court to criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a controlled substance and prostitution.
Back in August, State Police say Guastaferro was in a car parked at the Pembroke service area in Genesee County with 54-year-old James Doyle slumped over the steering wheel, asleep. Doyle is an attorney in Rochester and he's charged with patronizing a prostitute.
Guastaferro, a former beauty queen, appeared with her family appeared on "Wife Swap." She later sued the network for $100 million.
Guastaferro is due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on the prostitution charge in December.
