BUFFALO, N.Y. - Police have issued a missing persons report on a 17 year old male last seen on the city's east side.
Michael Retzer III was last seen on Howlett Street at Walden Avenue on Saturday.
He is a white male with brown hair, is 5'8", and weighs around 240 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and white and black Nike sneakers.
