Grilled Greek Chicken & Artichokes Wrap Recipe

Whole grain wraps are different than whole wheat. This makes a difference if you're looking for a low calorie option!

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

? ¼cup olive oil mayonaise

? 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

? 4 6" whole grain wraps

? 2 cups shredded grilled chicken

? 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts

? ½cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers

? 1/4 cup jarred pepperoncini peppers

? 1 cucumber sliced thin

? ½small red onion sliced thin

? 4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves, washed and drained

Directions:

1. Mix feta cheese in mayonnaise, spread on wrap.

2. Place ½cup of the shredded chicken in the center of each wrap.

3. Top the chicken with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini peppers,

cucumber, red onion, and fresh spinach leaves, dividing evenly among the four

wraps.

4. Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center over the filling. Roll.

5. Cut in half and serve.
