BUFFALO, NY-- We have an update on a motorcycle crash we've been following since earlier this summer.

Last month, Danny Colosimo was riding his motorcycle when he was hit from behind while stopped at a red light.

Colosimo was in critical condition and spent weeks at ECMC suffering from a traumatic brain injury and broken bones.

Colosimo is now recovering at home.

He still has more surgery and rehabilitation ahead, but he is able to be with his family.

Michael Haug, the off-duty Erie County Sheriff's Deputy who is accused of hitting Colosimo, was arrested following the accident.  He faces several charges including, DWI.  His case is now headed to a grand jury.
