COVINGTON, N.Y. - A Genesee County woman is facing her second Leandra's Law violation in just three months after police say she rolled her vehicle over with her daughter inside while intoxicated.

On Saturday, State Police responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident on Taylor Road in the town of Covington. When Troopers arrived, the vehicle was unoccupied, however they determined that a female and small child had left the scene.

Police eventually found the driver at a nearby home and arrested 40 year old Angela A. Kruse, of Pavillion for felony driving while intoxicated (Leandra's Law) and moving from a lane unsafely.

Both Kruse and her daughter escaped the accident with only minor injuries and were taken to Wyoming County Community Hospital for treatment.

Kruse is still waiting on another Leandra's Law charge after she was allegedly found intoxicated in a parking lot with a young child in her car.  That incident happened in LeRoy this past June.

She has been remanded to Wyoming County Jail on $15,000 bail.
