MAYVILLE, NY - The Chautauqua County Department of Health has closed two Dunkirk beaches due to the likelihood of a high bacteria count following the recent rainfall.
Point Gratiot and Wright Park beaches are closed while further sampling is conducted. Department of Health officials said the beaches will be re-opened as soon as is safely possible.
