WILSON, NY - There is still no cause into the Wilson house explosion that killed a 14-year-old girl and seriously injured four members of her family Tuesday morning.

Volunteers are currently sifting through the debris to help the Johnson family salvage any pictures, mementos and clothing that were not ruined in the explosion.

Rescue workers were called to 4972 Chestnut Road near Beebe Road just after 6 a.m.Tuesday.

Jody and Judith Johnson; their daughters Katie, 18, and Sarah, 14; and son Nathan, 16 were inside their Chestnut Road home when the explosion occured early Tuesday morning.

The home was completely leveled by the force of the explosion.

All the victims are being treated at Erie County Medical Center.  Jody and Judith Johnson are both in serious condition.  Jody was moved out of intensive care Wednesday.  Nathan is also in serious condition.  Katie remains in critical condition.

Two other children -- Hannah, 16, and Sam, 10 -- had spent the night with a family friend and so they were not at home when the explosion occurred.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the explosion. Several agencies, including the A.T.F., are assisting the Niagara Sheriff's Department in their investigation.

A fund has been set up for the Johnson Family at the First Niagara Bank in Wilson.
