SENECA NATION OF INDIANS - The Erie County Sheriff's Office reports that a motorcycle rider was killed on the Seneca Nation's reservation late Saturday.
The accident happened around 11 p.m.
The Sheriff's Office says a 2000 Ford Mustang operated by a 16 year old male reportedly made a left turn in front of a 1990 Harley Davidson motorcycle that was traveling eastbound on Route 20.
The motorcycle rider, 53 year old Charles H. Phillips of Derby, was taken to Lakeshore Health Care Center where he was pronounced dead.
The driver and a passenger of the Mustang were uninjured.
Sheriff's Deputies continue to investigate the accident.
