Niagara County Man Faces Several Charges After Raid

NIAGARA COUNTY, NY - A Niagara County man faces several drug and weapons charges after police raided his residence.

Investigators say Paul F. Guzock, 55, of Drum Road in the Town of Hartland, was arrested Wednesday by members of the Niagara County Drug Task Force and Customs and Border Protection.

Task Force members found over 300 marijuana plants at the Drum Road residence.

Officers also found several loaded guns, including an AR15 rifle, a shotgun and a handgun.

Guzock is charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 1st degree, a class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Firearm 4th, a class A misdemeanor; and Unlawfully Growing Marihuana, a misdemeanor under the Public Health Law.

He was arraigned in Newfane Court where bail was set at $50,000.

He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail pending his next court appearance.
