One Arm Tricep Pushup

Lay on your side and place your hand on the floor in front of your chest. Place your other hand on your top shoulder or in your armpit - your choice. Now push with your hand into the ground to bring your upper body up and extend the elbow. Your hip stays on the ground - you are lifting only your upper body off of the ground. This exercise improves your arm and your upper body strength.
