BUFFALO, NY-- One of the five victims shot at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park this past weekend has died.
Buffalo Police say Mayquay T. Lee, 26, died last night in the hospital.
The shooting happened Saturday night around 8:30pm.
Police believe one gunman fired several shots at people gathered at a picnic shelter in the park. Five people were shot that night.
Buffalo Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda spoke to 2 On Your Side's Pete Gallivan Monday morning and told him "We are progressing with the investigation, we do not believe it was a random act, we believe this was a deliberate attack", but would not release any other details.
On Wednesday, community leaders gathered at MLK, Jr. Park to bring peace to the park.
