BUFFALO, NY-- Dr. Rosa Gonzalez is a representative for the WNY Regional Council.
Gonzalez is owner of RGonzalez Consulting, Inc. and is an assistant professor and chair of the Emergency Management Program at Erie Community College.
Born and raised in Cuba, Gonzalez holds a B.S. and M.E. in Nuclear Engineering Sciences from University of Florida, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Southwest University.
