Niagara Falls, N.Y. - Niagara Falls police tell 2 On Your Side that State Senator Mark Grisanti and his wife gave sworn statements Thursday about the altercation they were involved in at the Seneca Niagara casino last week.

It is expected that the other couple involved, Eric and Kristina White, will give their statements Friday.

A decision whether or not to file charges in the weekend fight at the Seneca Niagara Casino that involved State Senator Mark Grisanti could be made by early next week.

The developments come one day after 2 On Your Side obtained iPhone video that recorded part of the incident at the casino. The video was provided to us by the attorney representing Eric White. You can view the video by clicking on the player on this page, but please be aware it includes graphic language.

Meanwhile, responding to allegations that Grisanti may have used racial epithets against a security guard at the casino, Thompson says the guard was asked if he heard anything along those lines and the guard told police he did not.
