Teen Driver Charged In Angela Keim Death

Buffalo, NY- The teen who was behind the wheel the night 14-year old Angela Keim of Hamburg was killed has now been charged for causing her death.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office tells us 19-year old Bradley Maloney, from the Village of Blasdell has been charged with second degree vehicular manslaughter and vehicular assault. Both are felonies. He was also charged with 2 counts of of DWI. A toxicology reports states that Maloney's blood was .10 BAC.

A law enforcemnt source says he was arraigned Thursday night at in the Town of Brant, and was released on own recognizance with a promise to appear back in court later this month.

Angela Keim was killed when the car she and four other teens were riding in, ran off the Versailles Plank Road, on the Cattaraugus Reservation on two weeks ago.

A 13-year old, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Szewczyk was critically injured in the crash and remains hospitalized at Woman and Children's Hospital. The teens were part of a three-car caravan headed to a nearby cottage at the time of the crash.
