BUFFALO, NY - An East Amherst woman has been arraigned on a vehicular manslaughter charge for a pedestrian accident that happened last year.
Erie County officials say Laura J. Galluzzo, 26, was allegedly under the influence of drugs when her vehicle struck and killed Christopher Cevaer, 49, at the foot of Ontario Street last July.
If convicted, Galluzzo faces a maximum sentence of 2-1/3 to 7 years in prison.
