BUFFALO, NY-- Two men have been indicted for murdering a Cheektowaga man.
The Erie County District Attorney's office says Edward McCloud, 41, (aka Dale Johnson), of Buffalo and Rockie Jones, III, 27, are accused of murdering Armod Law, 37, back in November.
Investigators say McCloud and Jones unlawfully entered a home on W. Grand Boulevard in Cheektowaga, stole property from Law and then shot him.
Both men are charged with murder, burglary and robbery.
If convicted, they both face a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
