BATAVIA, NY--  An Elba man faces a felony charge for selling stolen teeth whitening strips to a pawn shop.

Batavia Police say Jason Ray Anderson, 30, stole several packages of Crest White Strips® over the course of two days from a local drug store and then took the stolen items to sell at a pawn store.

Investigators say Anderson signed a document at the pawn shop lying about the ownership of the teeth whitening strips.

Anderson also faces two counts of petit larceny for stealing the strips.  He was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to appear in court on February 9, 2012.
