EAST AURORA, NY - Police in East Aurora have charged two men with having sexual relations with a 12-year-old girl.
Detectives say 19-year-old Robert Bogush of Amherst and 25-year-old Stephen Ziomek befriended the girl on the website myyearbook.com. Both men allegedly had casual conversations with the girl, exchanged phone numbers, and made arrangements to arrive at her home in East Aurora when no one was there.
Bogush and Ziomek are charged with first degree rape and predatory sexual assault against a child. Both are behind bars at the Erie County Holding Center.
