BUFFALO, NY-- HARBORCENTER unveiled plans Thursday for 10,000 square feet of retail space by the end of the year.
"To create a premier destination for downtown Buffalo and the Canalside District, we realize that a retail component is an important element of the HARBORCENTER experience," said John Koelmel, President of HARBORCENTER in a released statement. "This plan enables both new and established retailers to join us in providing a high-quality array of services for all of our visitors to enjoy."
The design allows for multiple vendors and stores.
In the end, HARBORCENTER hopes to have nearly 30,000 square feet of retail along the Main Street corridor, overlooking Buffalo's waterfront.
HABORCENTER, which includes: two hockey rinks, a training facility 716 restaurant, Tim Hortons and parking ramp, will open in October.
