WEST SENECA, NY — A felony criminal contempt charge against Cheektowaga Town Councilman James Rogowski was reduced to a misdemeanor Monday.
Rogowski was arrested last month after West Seneca Police were called to Orchard Park Road following a domestic incident.
He is accused of violating an order of protection against his wife who filed for divorce in January.
Rogowski will appear in court again next month.
