BUFFALO, N.Y. - This is what "puppy love" looks like, folks.
Six labrador-mix puppies, five males and one female, were found abandoned in a plastic tote on the side of a road in Texas, and were nursed back to health and brought here to be adopted out by a group called Iloveblackdog.org.
They've been nicknamed the "tote puppies."
Since 2007, this group has been successful in placing over a thousand animals into loving homes.
"They have been through treatment for various skin problems. They've been spayed neutred, micro-chipped, and now they're here and they're going to be in foster homes for just a few weeks and then they'll be ready for adoption, pretty soon," said Art Page with Iloveblackdog.org.
If you're interested in adopting one of the "Tote Puppies," follow the group on Facebook or check their website.
