Ingredients:
4/5 cup olive oil mayonnaise
2/5 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/5 tbsps garlic
4/5 tbsp black pepper
1 3/5 tbsps dill
4 cod fillets
Directions:
1. Mix garlic, dill and parmesan cheese to a thick paste consistency.
2. Take the fish, one fillet at a time, and coat only one side with mixture.
3. Place fish (coating side up) in a slightly greased tray, 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until golden brown on top.
