Ingredients:
1 tsp macadamia nut oil
1 onion (cup chopped)
2 celery ribs (1 cup chopped)
30 oz white beans
2 tsps minced garlic
1 can fat-free chicken broth
2 diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 oz reduced fat turkey kielbasa
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Heat macadamia nut oil in pan, add celery, onion and garlic.
2. Add turkey kielbasa.
3. Allow vegetables to cook down for a few minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and white beans with chicken broth.
