Squat Thrust with Push Up Exercise
1. From a standing position with your arms stretched above your head, drop into a squatted position with your hands on the ground near your feet.
2. Throw your feet back, putting yourself into a push up position.
3. Perform a push-up.
4. Again pull your feet forward to back to the squat position with hands on the floor.
5. Return to the standing position and repeat.
