"I've recently been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I quickly eliminated most carbs and now eat small portions of green vegetables, some fruits, low fat cheeses, and skim milk. I ride a stationary bike 30 minutes a day & weigh 95 lbs. Could you suggest some foods that won't spike my blood sugar and do you know of any home test where I could check to see if my glucose level has dropped?"
