Spinach Soufflé Recipe

Shopping list:

  • 2 (10 oz) Packages of frozen leaf spinach, thawed
  • 2 Large egg
  • 1/3 Cup fat-free milk
  • 1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Crushed garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the egg, milk, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in spinach. Place in 4 small olive oil sprayed casserole dishes.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly set.
