Janet Snyder interviews Nestor Hernandez, the Executive Director for the Belle Center.  They discuss systems he designed to help service children and their families and the Buffalo AmeriCorps Program.

Nestor has been the executive director of The Belle Center since 2006.  He is the former executive director of the Delaware Family Branch YMCA of Greater Buffalo & a former U.S. Army Reserves Civil Affairs Sergeant.
