The range of her experience includes over 20 years of live theater, including lead roles in over 100 summer stock, dinner theatre and regional theatre productions, including the one woman show-“Shirley Valentine”. Her versatility was proven as a lead performer with a touring children’s theater troupe, playing the evil witch by day and performing stand-up comedy in clubs at night.

Her humorous essays have been heard on the morning programs on NPR radio. Albarella is the producer and host of “Lets Go Garden”, part of Cablevisions video on demand offering known as MagRack. Airing throughout Long Island, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and the Midwest markets, “Lets Go Garden” is a mixture of how-to segments and visits to some of the world’s most beautiful and famous gardens. Whether in London or Monticello, Albarella’s common sense approach and warm delivery appeals to every audience.
